Concierge Live customers have no visibility into call-level activity. There's no reporting on which reps received a call, who accepted, who declined, or how calls translated into meetings. This reporting existed in the legacy product and has been lost in the current version.
Requested behavior: Restore call tracking reporting for Concierge Live, including which reps were called per session, acceptance and decline rates, and how call activity correlates with meeting outcomes.
Why it matters: Without call-level reporting, teams using Concierge Live can't evaluate rep responsiveness, identify coverage gaps, or optimize their live call setup. It's a regression from legacy behavior that directly impacts how customers can manage and improve their Concierge Live performance.

Include rep IDs in live call request logs for accurate troubleshooting

When a live call is requested, the logs don't include the specific rep ID associated with the request. Admins troubleshooting call routing issues can't trace which rep was involved without additional investigation.
Live call request logs should include the specific rep ID for each request, so admins can identify exactly which rep was involved without cross-referencing external data.
Missing rep IDs in logs makes troubleshooting live call routing slower and more error-prone. Including them reduces investigation time and makes the logs actionable for diagnosing routing issues.
