Concierge Live customers have no visibility into call-level activity. There's no reporting on which reps received a call, who accepted, who declined, or how calls translated into meetings. This reporting existed in the legacy product and has been lost in the current version.
Requested behavior: Restore call tracking reporting for Concierge Live, including which reps were called per session, acceptance and decline rates, and how call activity correlates with meeting outcomes.
Why it matters: Without call-level reporting, teams using Concierge Live can't evaluate rep responsiveness, identify coverage gaps, or optimize their live call setup. It's a regression from legacy behavior that directly impacts how customers can manage and improve their Concierge Live performance.
