Track website visits in Chili Piper
planned (next)

Chili Piper currently captures data at the point of form submission. There's no native ability to track page visits, so teams can't see which pages a visitor viewed before converting, how many times they've visited, or whether they returned after a prior session without submitting a form.
Requested behavior: Track website visits within Chili Piper so that visit history, including pages viewed and visit frequency, is available alongside form submission and chat data for routing context and buyer intelligence.
Why it matters: Visit data provides context that form data alone misses. Knowing a visitor has been to the pricing page three times before filling out a form changes how they should be routed and engaged. Without visit tracking, that signal is invisible.
