  1. This is to ensure that users that aren't Admins can not use the "Don't invite Guests" feature because it causes disruption in services as low-level users do not understand this feature since it is meant for testing. It would be ideal if we could disable it in the "Meeting Type" or just limit its access to higher-level users.

  2. Similar to how we let reps set their own working hours, can we allow for meeting buffers on personal settings. We would still set buffers on meeting types, but this would allow them to override to the amount of time, if any, that works best for each rep.

  3. It would be great if you could create a custom event booking link with multiple representative calendars.

    That way if we have one or multiple reps attending an event, potential customers could book specific times to say hello, in person, at the event.

  5. We need the ability to dynamically update a custom field in HubSpot—let’s call it “Booker CP”—with the email or ID of the booker during the handoff process. Ideally, this could work using a tag like {!CP.Me.Email} or {!CP.Me.UserId} in an “Update Field” node for HubSpot customers.

    This functionality is already supported in Distro, so we’re hoping it would be a relatively small lift to enable it in Concierge and Handoff as well.

    Additionally, it would be beneficial to allow the booker to be applied dynamically in an “Update Field” node in Concierge too, whether the target is Salesforce or HubSpot.

  6. Please add a toggle to exclude weekends from the "Days in advance" setting. The customer wants to test offering meetings within the next 3 days to boost booking rates, but can’t run the test reliably because they must switch between 3 days during the week and 4 days for weekends.

  7. Add "See prospect in CRM" and "See calendar event" for Slack notifications from live calls initiated via Concierge Live. This would enable reps to quickly check more details about the prospect while they pick up the call.

  8. Ability to place 'holds' on a sender's calendar when they send suggested times. That way, the slots remain available for people to book rather than sharing suggested times, having the recipient click on one of them, and then it's no longer available.

  9. Please make it so we can share meeting types with teams the same way we share Schedule Links.
    Can we prevent end users from seeing all workspace meeting types in ChiliCal?
    This is critical so that we don't have to be restrictive in our meeting types we create and ensure each team is using the correct meeting types.

  12. JD wanted a 'manual email introduction' feature in Chili Piper that would:

    Assign a prospect to the appropriate Account Executive (AE)

    Send an email introduction to the AE and give them credit for a meeting just like if a meeting was booked

    Allow the AE to take over the conversation with the prospect, even if a meeting is not immediately booked

  13. Currently can't find a way to add a hyperlink to an external resource in the meeting description. For example, adding a link to an article or blog post or report that is related to the meeting type. Right now, we have to share the full, long link and can't hyper link it in the text of the meeting description, which looks bad/messy.

    We also need the ability to easily use bolding, italics, bulleted lists, numbers, etc. when writing the meeting descriptions. This part of Chili Piper in it's current state is pretty basic and this is where GCal has Chili…

  14. Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.

    As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.

    It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

  15. Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

  16. Currently when the default is selected as Google Meet or Teams, the guest form shows the option as "Use Host Default Scheduling". This isn't clear what that scheduling option is or even what it really signifies.

    Instead, it should be more clear either what the default is, or be worded to say something along the lines of "Host will specify conference location" , etc... make it clear what this option is.

    1. I would like to see the option of setting a limit on an hourly basis sometimes people use concierge at events and take 15 minute meetings. They may want only 3 meetings per hour but it's not possible right now.

    2. It would be helpful to have multiple host booking limits.

    i.e. on the same link have a per day AND per week limit.

    Some customers, for example want their users to have 5 total meetings per week but not 5 meetings in a given day. Right now if you cap at 5 meetings per week, it's possible to get 5…
