Meeting Poll
Calendly has a feature that allows multiple people to vote on what time a meeting should be. This is very useful when trying to coordinate calls with multiple people with busy schedules, and it would be great if Chili Piper offered this same functionality.

Add Enrichment Node in Distro
Enrichment is currently only available through Concierge. However, in order to make routing decisions in a Distro use case, this customer needs to pull data from ZoomInfo.

Pass custom URL query string parameters into Chat Data Fields
While it is currently possible to pass standard UTM parameters into Chat, it is not possible to pass any other custom values into Data Fields to be used for routing, tracking, or writing to Salesforce. It would be very useful to do this for anyone who uses more than just standard UTM fields, or if those UTM's are encrypted and we need to pass that encrypted string into Salesforce.

Meeting prep agent: allow it to view tasks/emails/calls from sfdc, so it can include it in the summary and prep for the rep.

Allow for manually deleting/removing meetings from the system
As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

Add redirect option for ChiliCal Scheduling links
Add the ability to configure a redirect URL that sends customers to a specified destination after a meeting is successfully booked via a ChiliCal scheduling link.

Global User Pause Setting
Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

Delay Distro

Add User Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, & Modified By
With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.
Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.

Do not show working hours for disconnected guests in the Scheduler when using the global calendar connection
Currently when you use the global calendar connection to add a disconnected user as a guest in the ChiliCal Scheduler, you can see their busy blocks but it also grays-out a lot of the originally available time (white space). This is presumably because the disconnected users hasn't set any working hours in Chili Piper, The request is that the Scheduler ignore working hours entirely for any disconnected guests being added. Otherwise trying to book a meeting with them will be confusing at least, or impossible at most if the "Allow booking over working hours" setting is disabled by chance.

Error notifications
Proactive alerts to admins when there are errors, similar to how Salesforce handles it. "I have an email alert set up for a bunch of errors. We have some subscribed reports, things like, and send to your email every morning at 8am and I know immediately I check and say, okay, there's one here, here's what happened. I need to audit that"

Internal note only visible for call host
When people booked a call, I want our call host have record ID from salesforce in the invite so the call host can know which contact they will chat with.

Vacation Settings - Out of Office Recognition
Currently, the vacation recognition causes many issues and inconsistently recognizes vacation. Allow for an option to only recognize an all-day OOO event type to qualify as vacation - not just "busy" events all day. Show which events are triggering the vacation setting - sometimes we can't tell.

Pro-activation Notification when reps' calendars are full and a meeting cannot be schedule d within X number of days
Proactive notification when reps' calendars are full and an inbound website meeting cannot be scheduled within X number of days. We have a large volume of inbounds coming to our site, especially during holiday periods, and often times prospects have to book a meeting more than 7 days out. We want to get pro-actively notified that this is occurring and set the number of days for notification. This will enable us to update our routing or put more reps in the queue. Currently we are flying blind and have to wait for feedback from prospects.

Add Filters for Workspace and Team to Active User UI
Within the Active Users tab of the UI, please add filters for both Workspace and Team so that admins can easily identify who is missing critical configuration.
