  1. Global Admin control of all individual users features. Including customization of "my meeting" settings, advanced settings, meeting buffering, expiring reschedule links, switching off my meetings, adjusting reminders, etc.

  2. Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too.   3. We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.

  7. Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

  8. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  9. We have a lot of queues set up, but not everyone needs access to all the queues. Most people only book a few queues and seeing ALL of them at once makes things a little more complicated than they should be. I'd like it if only the queues a rep needs to book in were visible.

  10. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  11. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  12. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.

In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability.This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

  14. Some teams use reminders from outside systems. Being able to bulk turn off personal reminders rather than to have to turn it off on an individual basis would be a lot more time-efficient.

  16. Sales roles are typically high turnover roles. It's hard to plan and move quicker than CP so was hoping there was a way to re-assign a person who has left to one particular person until leads, contacts, and accounts have been updated to the new owner.

  17. Allow admins to create and lock a standard welcome message for all users within a particular group or workspace. Creates a branding feel for users who want to use this instead of a personal pages link.
