Masked Email
When sending meeting invites, it would be nice if Chili Piper could mask my email or have a no reply option, OR if you could attach Chili Piper to a CRM like salesforce so that you could invite and any replies you get would go to the case that you sent the invite from.

Extended Maximum Interval
The maximum that an event can be scheduled is 9 weeks in advance. We routinely need to schedule meeting 6 months in advance. Can this be extended?

Ability to set type of data input in forms
Ability to set data type restrictions for inputs on a form, which will make the mapping to salesforce more successful. (i.e. number only, text, date, etc)

Add Date & Time field to appointment confirmation text options
When sending out email confirmations after a customer has booked in Chili Piper, we would like to have the date and time of the meeting be a field that can be added to the meeting type email template. The reason we would like to show this is that I use Chili Piper to book training sessions, and I would like a complete list of all the information so that someone can easily see everything about their training without having to reference the attached .ics file.Date and time can be attached to reminder emails, I believe it makes sense to have…

Create a CP Link for availability of more than one person
I'm very frequently having to coordinate calls with clients including more than one person internally. As a CSM, I work with a specific AM all the time and we'd LOVE to have one link to share our combined availability. Once we both need to be on a call, ChiliPiper doesn't really work for our needs.

Reminder Email Chain
Have reminders sent as an email chain to the original invitation. Individual email reminders can be confusing for some prospects and having the original invitation details can be helpful, especially if we opted to use the Google Meet functionality of ChiliPiper.

Don't buffer our buffer meetings
There needs to be a way for Chili Piper to recognize that a time slot on someone's calendar is a buffer, and allow leads to schedule right up against that buffer instead of applying the meeting buffer to that buffer meeting. Placing a buffer only before OR only after meetings helps to reduce the impact of this gap, but it still doesn't solve the issue.

Time buffers for multiple back to back meetings
Rather than including a time buffer before and/or after every meeting that is booked, enable a time buffer only after multiple consecutive meetings back-to-back (i.e. give a 15 min buffer after 3 meetings in a row). This allows for a much greater number of meetings booked in a day, but still allows for some rest periods so a day is not 100% back-to-back

Choice to override working hours in booking link
When using suggested times users are able to override their working hours, but if the prospect were to click "view all availability" it of course defaults back to their standard working hours / availability and those times are shown as unavailable. Would be helpful to enable the person sending out a booking link to allow times outside of their standard hours to be available for this specific booking link by choice to allow the user to book at that time. Dynamic Tag for Meeting Duration
Dynamic Tag to be used in Calendar Invites and Reminder emails that pull the Meeting's Duration. Even if duration is adjusted when booking via Instant Booker. Our customers will often times ask how long a meeting is scheduled for.

"Book Another" option that duplicates previous settings
We use CP links to book multiple trainings with customers and many times these are all the same set up but booked on multiple days or times. It would be dope when you get to the "Nice! This meeting is booked" page if there was a Book Another button that defaulted to the same guests, timezone, assignee, and meeting type as the previous meeting.

Customise days when sending link
It would be nice if it was possible to adjust the days for which a customer can book meetings on, directly through the link I send? I only want to do this temporary for the specific link I'm sending out. In some cases I don't want the person to be able to book any other days than let's say Wednesday.

France changed its phone regulatory policy a few weeks ago because of the overly high number of spams and ads received by people on their phone. Make workspace forms available to personal meeting types
You can make meeting types made in a workspace available to reps' personal links/pages, but not the forms individually. Customers want to be able to standardize the guest form but customize the meeting types (e.g. personalizing the messaging).

Ability to sort objects
Ability to sort Workspaces, Queues, Meeting Types and Reminders. It would come handy when we create new rules for queues. For example, we used 4 queues + the ownership + special language queue. Then we decided to add more more, which was then in the end, so we ended up with workspaces being in this order:- Below 101- 251-500- 501-5000- Above 5000- Ownership queue- Language queue- 101-250This look was confusing when training new Admins. As a results they tent to forget about the last queue when adding changes. The same applies to Workspaces, Meeting Types and Reminders.

Public online booking link - Toggle
Remove the Public online booking link toggle.
In a Queue > Online Booking URL > Public online booking linkThat specific toggle only causes more harm than good. The queue is unable to be viewed in IB and booking link cannot be viewed at all. The feature is quite hidden, so it takes time troubleshooting why the queue is not viewable, even though it is listed as Active under Meeting Queues.
This function was built before the Active/Deactive toggle under Meeting Queues was built. Since this Public online booking link toggle is no longer used, Chili Piper should remove it.
