  3. We currently support SMS messaging/reminders with Twilio. This feature would support RingCentral SMS and enable the same feature capabilities for SMS messaging for those that use RingCentral SMS services vs companies that do not use Twilio.

  4. When a client or assignee needs to cancel a meeting at the last minute, give them the ability to cancel the meeting and reschedule it later (sending the client a new scheduling URL automatically).

  5. When a prospect clicks a booking link from our email signature, they are prompted to fill out a few forms fields. If they attempt to submit without filling in the required text fields, they turn red and display an error message.However, drop-down fields act differently and are a bit visually confusing. For one, they have a check-mark graphic next to it before any value is entered, and if I try submitting without filling it out I don't get an error message or red styling like I do for other fields.Requested solutions:1) Add error message and red styling if left blank…

  6. Right now, you can only book calls using a router. It would be nice if a queue or a meeting type could be video enabled. Especially a rep's personal scheduling link.

  10. Our Mid-Market sales team often employs a Sales Engineer for follow up calls. We have queue et up to book time with them but it would be helpful to have a static booking link that incorporates both the AE and Sales Engineer's availability. We are aware of the gmail extension that can do this, but the sales rep needs to launch instant booker each time they want to insert availability. Having a static booking link that always displays availability of both the AE and Sales Engineer would be helpful.

  11. Had a user suggest that when they increase the meeting duration on the calendar, we should sync this over and increase the duration in the database. This accommodates reschedules as they will be booked to the same meeting duration as was set.

  12. Currently there is not a way to limit what characters someone enters in on a CP form field, like with a number field. For example, if someone has a "Company Size" field on their CP form that writes to a number field in Salesforce there is currently no way to prevent the prospect from entering in letters. There are currently ways to set certain types of fields for personal Guest Forms (Spicy Forms), but not for Forms in Hot workspaces. Also Spicy forms don't allow for number fields specifically.

  13. It is very frustrating for customers to have to add dynamic tags for Zoom and such every time they want to create a new meeting type. This can be especially frustrating when trying to train new reps on Chili Piper. While the admin-created meeting types may have the correct tags, rep-created ones may not if they forget. It would remove a lot of confusion if there was an optional setting to apply automatically apply conferencing information to each meeting type. Calendly has this functionality I believe.

  14. In the meeting details on Dashboard section, we can see if a reminder is scheduled or if was already sent. When it was already sent, we cannot really see the time it was sent. This actually display messages like "was sent a day ago / month ago".
