    My first priority would be Assets since they are where changes happen most often:

  3. In the SLA node you can only choose to send the assignee a slack or email. It would be helpful to send the notification to a slack channel instead.

  8. Being able to identify how long it took a rep to reach out to prospects. We can track if they hit the SLA or not, but can't say it took 10,15,20 minutes etc. Having a way to track this on the lead and also show the average per rep.

  11. When a user needs to reassign a call to another team member, they should have the ability to pick from all team members if needed, not just team members who were part of the distribution the call was originally scheduled.

    This should list anyone in the distribution the call was scheduled from first, and then, if no one is available, list any remaining person available.

  12. We're looking at switching to a Contacts-only model in SFDC and want to convert leads in one of two ways:

    1. If there's a matched account, you convert the record under that account.
    2. If there's no match, it's still converted but under a specified placeholder account instead.

    We do not want to create a new Account if there's no match.

  13. Allow the internal email being sent to the new lead owner. This will allow for the email to include various fields the internal teams want to know without having to click into the record and dig around.

  14. We currently have 20+ advanced concierge/routers and need a dedicated QA/UAT environment to test them under the same conditions as in the production workspace.

    Issue:
    • The application does not support copying between workspaces, requiring us to rebuild everything manually, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

    Request:
    • Enable a QA/UAT environment where concierge routers can be tested exactly as they function in production.
    • Provide a solution to copy configurations between workspaces to streamline testing and deployment.

  16. Can you add the option to ctrl + find on a Chili Piper Fire router page so that we can easily find routing rules and their "Display Calendar?". We have individual routers with 100+ routing rules, and we want to easily find a rule and its display calendar.

  17. When creating a distribution on the Fire Platform, we assign a team, but then it is not possible to change the team without re creating the whole distribution.

  18. I'm trying to redirect to landing pages based off the locale of a user so they get redirected to a page translated to the correct language. The locale is typically part of the URL and not a Query parameter. It would massively reduce the complexity of our routing if we could simply specify a spot in the URL to place a value from the submitted form.

    For example: https://ourwebsite.com/<locale_code_here>/thank-you

  19. When you have several branches of logic, it's hard to know what each group is used for. Helpful to be able to name the group so it's easier to update later. For example, Group 1 name could be US Territory.
