  1. Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue.   6. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already.   7. We would like to be able to utilize the extension to pull in the attendee names from an email then use that information to directly book a meeting. It would be beneficial to switch back and forth from the ability to insert availability to book a meeting as needed in the same workflow.

It would be awesome to have hyperlinks to a prospect's personal and company Linkedin Accounts.If these can show up on the calendar invite, that would be dope!I have meetings that new inbound prospects book with me and so do my AE's, this'll help us quickly do research on them when they show up on your cal

  10. Sometimes a prospect will ask to reschedule a meeting, you'll share the reschedule link, but they don't select a new time before the meeting was originally scheduled to start. In that case, reminders for the meeting about to start are still going out, even though you're discussing rescheduling over email. Would be nice to disable all reminders for that meeting until it has been rescheduled.

  11. Add different colors for different users so you can distinguish who is not available and decide if there will be any flexibility in moving the meeting to make room for a customer meeting. This is especially useful for managers in a support use case

  12. Hey guys! I was wondering if there is a way to change on the fly what is available to book a call when using the "Suggest Time" feature through Gmail? Currently, the only thing I can do is go back to my calendar, make the update, hit refresh and start the whole process from scratch. Thanks!

  13. Right now Instant Booker shows a red X if one or more guests are not in Salesforce. Sometimes my reps forget to click on it and relate these new prospects to the right account. When they ultimately book a meeting with this person who isn't in Salesforce, it wrecks havoc on downstream automations.I'd love to be able to globally block reps from being able to proceed until 100% of guests are in Salesforce as contacts related to an account (other companies might prefer leads so the requirements should be configurable)

We use 45 minutes for our meeting durations which makes the time grid increments in Instant Booker display by the half hour.If I select 60 minutes for a meeting duration, the time grid increments display by the hour which is the visual preferred by our reps.We would like a setting to adjust how time grid increments are displayed in Instant Booker.

  15. When I'm updating my calendar in GCal to free up a time slot in Chili, I'd like it to be reflected live, instead of having to close the instant booker and open it again. Or, even better, a 2-way integration so that I could remove something from my cal directly from Chili.

  16. Ability to place a HOLD on an assignees calendar if someone has suggested this time. Picturing this as a different color or look in the instant booker that designates it's a HOLD and gives the booker the ability to still suggested it, while recognizing that someone else as placed a HOLD on that time.

  17. It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often.   18. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  19. When someone is using the chilipiper extension or instant booker, be able to lock down how far out the reps can schedule a meeting. If we change the meeting type to schedule only within the next 3 days, only allow them to schedule within that timeframe not out further.

  20. Most users who use the extension are utilizing Instant Booker or Booking Links. The Personal Page section takes up a lot of space and there are users who have to scroll down a lot to find the Instant Booker section. We should move the Instant Booker feature back up on the extension to the top or at least above the Personal Pages.
