  2. There are a lot of reasons why a Designated Assignee wasn't chosen in a Handoff use case and being able to pull reporting on this will help increase utilization of licenses.

  3. It would be great to be able to view a list of reminders that have been sent as well as a list of queued reminders available to the admins. This would greatly improve troubleshooting when the Sales reps claim that reminders are not being generated. Also, when offboarding a rep this could help us see what is currently going out and to whom.

  4. When leads come inbound and don't book a meeting, Chili Piper assigns them to my sales team. I would love to see a report, similar to "Calibration Reports" that shows me the # of leads distributed per rep as well as a link to those leads so I can audit to make sure my reps are following up accordingly.

  5. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  7. Right now the only visibility into usage is through Conversion and distribution reporting. But there are customer who use personal booking links more than queues for their team and we have no visibility into the quantity of meetings booked through personal booking links.

  8. Managers will request exports of the weighting of queues. Now that the Active assignees is in a confined box, I cannot take a full screenshot. It would be nice for me to be able to export the Active Assignees from each queue. For example, in the ESB queue there are 23 Assignees, and some have different weighting. I have to go through it slowly to see who is weighted differently to tell their manager, it is taking forever.

  10. My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.

    Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

  11. When testing concierge, users make test submissions that sometimes are actually booked meetings. Currently, you can only delete test meetings that are not booked by adding "?debug=true" as per this article https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800073-How-do-I-remove-a-prospect-from-Prospect-History-

  12. Currently UTM params can only be passed to direct booking links which greatly undermines their usefulness. Please allow us to pass UTM params through routers and queue links.

  14. When we export reports from Chilipiper, the Submission date column is formatted as "01.11.2019", meaning Nov 11, 2019.It would be much more convenient for it to come formatted as "11/1/2019" as is standard and more easily readable by applications.

  16. Similar to the No Show Button. Allow assignees to tag meetings as "Disqualified" for meetings our reps have that do not meet our criteria for an opportunity and credit them back a meeting. This would be extremely helpful for our users to give feedback to marketing and SDRs and eliminate us having to create an opportunity in Salesforce just to simply closed/lost it immediately. Would also allow us to see which meetings are "Good", no showed, cancelled, and "disqualified"

  17. The current User UI shows the license type, default workspace, and other workspace that a user is included in - which is a very good view. BUT, if you export it, the reports looks so complex - the license type is not there, the workspaces are presented as columns. To be able to export it as is (like the UI) would be great

  18. Currently there is no way in-app to track the distribution of leads via Queues for Prospects Who Didn't Take Action (aka DTA Queues). Additionally, current level and weighting does not apply to DTA Queues. For example, if a customer has 3 reps with weights of 100%, 100%, and 10% then DTA Queues will still distribute the leads evenly instead of following the set weights.

  20. When we select a range for start-date and end-date in Reports, we display one less day for each - for example selected range 02 - 09 displays report for 01 - 08. This is confusing for users who may be wondering about data accuracy.
