  4. Chargebee has a few queues created. Some of which get a lot less traffic than others over a month. The problem is that with the fairness algorithm resetting monthly the same rep ends up receiving the one or two meetings a month this queue receives. The other queues get much more volume and so having the reset happen monthly works.They would very much like to be able to have the fairness algorithm setting on the queue level to handle this.The current workaround is to manually calibrate the low volume queue each month which is a frustrating process for them.

  7. The "See Prospect in Salesforce" button gets the prospect information only when the Salesforce option "Chili Piper creates lead in Salesforce real time".Change the behavior to make the button also works when the lead is created externally (via HubSpot for instance) before the notification is sent out.

  8. It would be helpful for auditing and troubleshooting to be able to see what date and time a meeting was booked for in the Queue History. Currently we can only see when a meeting was booked and with whom.

  10. If you filter License = Hot in User tab and export the data, it will still export everyone. The filter should be tied to the export.

  11. In the Reports tab we can hover over a person's name to see a black box with the data points on them. That box can be a little wonky to load and view on my browser where I don't see all the data. I'd love for this to be a clickable page or something that is bit more user friendly to audit the data points.

  12. We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.

  13. For Concierge Live Phone Calls, a way to see in SalesForce/CRM the fields related to the call. Such as which rep was called, which did not pick up etc, the wait time, the actual length of the call etc

  14. The ability to see the queue matching rules for leads who do not match any queue. When a lead matches a queue, you can click in the reporting section to see which queue it matched with, and which it did not (along with why).

    If the lead does not match with a queue, you are not able to see why. This makes troubleshooting incredibly difficult.

In addition to pulling reports on all submissions, it would be extremely useful if Admins had the ability to also pull reports on strictly unique form submissions similar to Google Analytics (even if someone fills out the same form with the same/different email it only counts as 1 submission).

    When conducting internal audits of our lead flow between systems we're looking at unique submissions across each system and there are cases in Chili Piper where a website visitor may submit the same form multiple times and we're unable to determine which ones are unique.

  16. A prospect that books a meeting and enters a fake / incorrect email won't receive the meeting information therefore won't show up. Once a meeting invite bounces, this should in turn mark the meeting as cancelled and not count against the fairness of meetings distribution (if using round robin).

  17. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

  20. Within the Distro logs, currently for leads and contacts, we can only search by the Salesforce ID, or the name of the record. It would be useful to be able to search by the prospects email address too, as this is one of the most common unique identifiers used.
