Custom Slack notification configuration is only available on the Distro router. Admins using Concierge flows have no equivalent option to customize what gets sent to Slack or when. Chili Piper should support the same Slack notification customization available in Distro on Concierge flows, so admins can control the content and trigger conditions for Slack alerts regardless of which product is in use. Notification parity between products is a baseline expectation. Teams using Concierge shouldn't have to accept a worse notification experience just because they're not on Distro.
