Upon round robin reset - continue in list order rather than move to top
Each time the round robin is reset, it starts over again from the top of this list of reps. This leads to reps at the bottom of the list often getting left out, an waiting all month / time period to be reached. It would be more fair if the round robin, even after being reset, would continue with the 'up next' rep in the list rather than bumping back up to the top.

Toggle/option to automatically re-order queue assignees at the start of fairness calculation periods. The way the queue works is it starts from the top and works down, in theory. So, those at the top are more likely to get more meetings than those at the bottom. If we could automatically re-org the assignee list each time we reset the fairness calculations, it'd be a more equitable distribution.

Randomize the order of assignees when the round robin resets every month (currently it resets and follow the list)
