Choose to share description on calendar booking page
I would like to show the description of my meeting type on the calendar booking page for concierge without having them to choose between meetings.
Use case - someone thinks they are booking a demo but it is an intro call & I want to call that out on the screen they are booking.

Simplify Date Dynamic tag
When you're adding a dynamic tag of the meeting time- It is very long in the Subject line. If it could be simplified to ( Date (XX-XX-XX), time (12:30 pm et)

limits the number of additional guests
We have an issue where we want our prospects to add additional guests, but only have limited space in our meeting rooms so would like to limit the number of guests to ensure we have space for everyone to join.

Always show 3 full days availability even if no times are available
Problem :
We want prospects to book maximum 3 days in advance. But calendars are full, Chili Piper won't show any availability. We need Chili Piper to Open 3 more days if calendars are full. Or One more if one day get all booked.
We are checking 6 RR links one by one to make sure we add manually more days when it gets all booked - which is very time consuming.

Visibility of Calendar Events on a user level.
Right now we do have the option to select whether Bookers can view event titles on Assignees' calendars, or only see 'Busy' for blocked times under https://buildertrend.chilipiper.com/fire/admin/integrations/preferences and this is a global setting. It would be nice to have the same kind of feature in a user level since larger orgs might need a different configuration depending on teams and individuals.

Meeting guest email
Combine the "Email" and "Invite Additional Guests" fields into one field on the meeting scheduling form so that a customer can copy paste all meeting guests email addresses into one field. Have the addresses separated out after ".com" ".org" ".gov" etc.

Invite Additional Attendees from CRM in Search Function
I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability.
Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability. So often, Chili PIper will show a meeting as available. Prospect then clicks on meeting to book and then gets a page back saying that it is "unavailable". It's a bad user experience. Some users might click on the "Find another time" button while others might not due to being unaware of the button or through frustration.
We also want to keep the limit at 10 to have balance on focus and don't want to move to unlimited bookings as we don't want AEs spending a lot of time…

CP hosted page to select a type of meeting (support, commercial, etc) followed by who to book with (or RR) on the next page.
We'd like to extend the use of CP to our CS/Growth teams but only if we can give customers one landing page (instead of multiple links) that has all of the different call types available to them and then the option to choose who they book with or a round-robin if they don't mind. Similar to personal pages but for the entire post-sales teams.

Identify meetings rejected from prospects
When a CP event is being sent, this is automatically accepted in the reps calendar and the prospects.
If the prospects later on rejects the meeting, there is no way to recognize this one as a canceled event unless the rep deletes the meeting from the calendar
For data consistency, it would be nice to be able to recognize these meetings (prospect reject = True)

Prevent meeting bookings outside Working Hours by Route in Handoff
It would be nice to toggle on/off on a queue by queue basis for these handoff routers that funnel to queues. Some teams are hoping for more control of their teams' schedules.

Allow custom limit for multiple bookings
Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.
There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.
Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

Allow users to book meetings for reps that are set as OFF on Instant Booker
Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.
Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

Book Meeting onto Non-Primary Google Calendar
It would be amazing to be able to schedule meeting on one of an Assignee's non-Primary or Additional Calendars in Google.
(Calendly allows this...)

Reschedule Should NOT Count For Booking Limits
Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.
This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

Prevent bookers from changing the meeting type but can still change the Description in ChiliCal
It would be useful for customers like Convoso to prevent their bookers (SDR's) from changing the meeting type when handing off into a queue using Instant Booker. They still want their SDR's to be able to edit the description (already an existing setting), but they have automations that trigger off of the CPMeetingType field in Salesforce and these get messed up if an SDR changes the meeting type. This new feature could be added to the Extension tab for example.

Ability to "correct" erroneous email submissions
We've been running into an issue where certain prospects are submitting their email address with a "+" at the end (i.e. johndoe@gmail.com+), causing errors with Salesforce event creation (as SFDC does not allow incorrect email addresses and automatically corrects them). It would be great if we could utilize ChiliPiper to "correct" these submissions after the fact, so that ChiliPiper does not error out when trying to create the event.
