  1. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  2. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  3. When rescheduling an event, all personalized data for the call is erased and the call data goes back to it's standard messaging. I would love for rescheduling through Chili Piper to not overwrite what has been manually added or changed on the event through Google Calendar.

  4. Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

  5. In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

  7. I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

  8. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

  10. Can you please lock the scroll bar on the bottom of the screen for the reports section.

    Currently if I want to scroll to the right to see more columns, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, scroll right, scroll up, and then continue to look.

    I typically lose the information I need on the left to go back and check I am looking at the right thing, it's not very user friendly.

  12. Every time I send available times in an email, I'd have to let them know that all they have to do is click directly on one of the orange boxes.

    It'd be great if this piece instruction was embedded as a subtext(similar to "view full Calendar Link")

  13. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

  15. Reaching host booking limit is not used when showing meeting availability. So often, Chili PIper will show a meeting as available. Prospect then clicks on meeting to book and then gets a page back saying that it is "unavailable". It's a bad user experience. Some users might click on the "Find another time" button while others might not due to being unaware of the button or through frustration.

    We also want to keep the limit at 10 to have balance on focus and don't want to move to unlimited bookings as we don't want AEs spending a lot of time…

We'd like to extend the use of CP to our CS/Growth teams but only if we can give customers one landing page (instead of multiple links) that has all of the different call types available to them and then the option to choose who they book with or a round-robin if they don't mind. Similar to personal pages but for the entire post-sales teams.

  19. When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.
