Marketo Integration
They need the lead to be created in Marketo first before hitting Salesforce bc this is how their intercom chat bot works. All leads currently get created in Marketo first for processing, scoring, and then syncing to Salesforce.

We need the ability to integrate with other chat solutions, like Marketo Chat, so that individuals interacting with our chat tool can book a meeting directly in the chat tool. This allows us to avoid setting up multiple booking solutions and sticking with just Chili Piper for all workflows.
