add the source in the email notification to the rep when a meeting is scheduled through Concierge
When customers receive meetings through Concierge it can come from different URLs on the website,
When reps receive the notification when a meeting is scheduled they have only form fills - no clue if this came from product A page or product B
Can we add the source in that email notification, or any variable that we can passover to that email notification so we can let the rep know about the context or any other info that could be usefup for him to know?

wait list
Including a waitlist feature, we have some teams that are using Chili Piper and have very busy calendars. There are times where a prospect might want a meeting time earlier than what is currently listed as available so it'd be nice if there was a way to have some sort of waitlist notification for certain times or days for availability to open up in case of any cancellations or other meeting slot openings

Recurring Meetings
Currently with Chili Piper we are only able to use the solution for the front end of longer lifecycles with our prospects and customers. Our more complicated deals where we need more data (i.e. how many meetings do we need to close a deal, renew a customer etc) have to be booked outside of Chili Piper given the product that doesn't support recurring meetings. Garnering adoption with a new tool is never easy but given that my AEs can only use the tool some of the time makes that all that more impossible.

Create webinar events
Provide a workflow so that it's possible to use Chili Piper to book webinars where multiple different customers are attending the same meeting, at the same time.

Ability to Manage maximum number of bookings across different meeting types
It would be great if people that use multiple calendar types had the ability to limit the total number of meetings scheduled across each of those instead of just at the individual meeting type level

Ability to decide if events are automatically marked as no-showed rather than showed
SDR's are commissioned for attended meetings. They are desintivized to mark as a no-show, and it would be better for the Podium team if they could chance a setting where all meetings were assumed no-show until marked, which prompts the team to properly mark meetings! More below -
