As soon as a new lead is assigned, we fire workflow emails from within HubSpot. If that assignee is changed later, it's very confusing to the sales reps and - more importantly - to the client.
This is very important because we have workflow in HubSpot in place based on the original owner so the prospect gets an auto-email from the original owner THEN gets emails from the new owner. It's not a good user experience and makes us look bad.
