The 'attended' vs 'no-show' toggle (with the chrome plugin) is very useful BUT since it only has 2 states and defaults to 'guest attended' it's impossible to get useful insight from the data - It's not possible to differentiate betweena) Agents that are not using the toggle vs. b) Assignees that have agreat attendance rate.Could I please request a third, default state that shows that the agent hasn't used the attended/no-show button ie:1) Unknown (default state)2) Guest attended2) No ShowIf you could implement that 3rd state we could get real value from the chrome extension.
