    This is also an issue for us, we rely on enrichment due to our low friction forms, not having it natively means we have to have delays on leads getting routed. I have seen other routing solutions offer this (default, I believe), and I think it's an area where Chilipiper is behind in the market.

    This is becoming a real issue for us: not being able to disable notifications, we have started to bring some of our routing back into salesforce flows because of this

    It is critical for us to see the value of the product. We receive 100s of leads daily, and this feature is essentially spamming our sales team. We have had to roll back to using SFDC flows until this is added
