The current inbound concierge round-robin gets limited by calendar availability and the prospect doesn't always get booked with the next-in-line AE. This has a huge impact on: manual efforts in calibrating the lagging AEs and also unequal top-funnel pipeline creation while everyone's quota remains the same.
I understand it will be a tradeoff : less slots displayed than collective availability but we should have that choice to experiment.
