Allocate and track license usage by team

There's no way to assign a subset of purchased licenses to specific teams or departments. Enterprise customers managing separate budgets across business units can't track or limit how many licenses each team is consuming.
Allow admins to allocate a defined number of licenses to each team and track actual consumption per team against those allocations.
Large enterprise customers purchasing hundreds of licenses across multiple business units need team-level visibility and control to manage costs, enforce budgets, and prevent any single team from over-provisioning without visibility.

When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.
For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

Create Roles/Teams for user of CP. For each role, set the licenses they need, workspaces they should be a part of, etc.
Managing licenses, workspaces, etc is tedious when people change roles or new hires are brought in. By assigning them to a role/team it would save a lot of headaches.

One issue that comes up frequently is that if someone has to add 50, 100, 200 licenses, this can be a very tedious process as there could be 1000 users in SF or HS and you have to find every person individually and add their license.
It would be helpful if we could include the role of each user that exists in SF/HS and pull it into the user table so that we could filter by role and, for example, add licenses for all our "SDR's", "AE's", so on and so forth.
