When multiple contact options are in use, consolidate the phone number into a single field in the booking form and ensure the captured value is mapped and written to the correct Salesforce phone field on the Lead or Contact record.
Guests shouldn't be asked for their phone number twice in the same form, and ops teams shouldn't have to debug why phone data isn't landing in Salesforce reliably. Both are basic form hygiene issues that erode data quality and create a poor booking experience.
