Global admin override for individual user settings

Admins have no way to view or control individual user-level settings across the workspace. Users independently configure meeting buffers, reminder settings, reschedule link expiry, and advanced scheduling options, leading to inconsistency at scale.
Give admins the ability to override, lock, or set workspace-wide defaults for individual user settings, including meeting buffer times, advanced scheduling options, reminder configurations, and reschedule link behavior.
Enterprise customers need governance and standardization across large user bases. Without admin override capability, configuration drift is inevitable and ops teams spend significant time on per-user troubleshooting that should never need to happen.

At the very least, admins need visibility over the full range of settings that a user has control over, such as via an impersonation mode. However, the ability to globally control these would be best.

Being able to update a user's default meeting type would allow us to work much fast as admins when setting up new hires or when a group of users transitions to new roles.
Right now we have to go into each user's details, set their default template, back out, search for the next user, and repeat the process.

I would like an admin to be able to create calendar events for individuals, change their available hours, create integrations for them, etc. Why? If a single admin can create an org-wide template for each AE's account, and cookie-cutter copy and paste that to each AE as the admin sees fit, then we would not have the need for a n AE to configure their own account and possibly introduce inconsistencies/errors in config

Let's face it users are not good at setting up systems like Chilipiper on their own. Admins should be able to either adjust all the settings for individual users AND/OR override user settings with global defaults. Right now I'm having to set up Zoom meetings with every user in my organization to make sure they have set things up correctly because the system is doing wacky stuff due to our user's lack up understanding/attention to detail.

It would be great if I could help our users troubleshoot by "viewing as" them or even just looking into their templates/setup for their personal meeting link rather than bothering your Support team :)

We often experience issues when reps have their setting set incorrectly and it results in a wrong booking. For example Account executives should only book meetings for themselves but if they have the calendar settings set to "Book for self and other" -> their meetings will be routed in Round robin to other SE.

It would be really great as an admin to see how the tool is being used by others. It's really difficult for me to tell what and how many meetings have been scheduled using it. This is extremely important for when we run marketing campaigns and use the BDR or the sale's person's personal booking link.

I need the ability to easily administrate removing the "My meeting" default for any/all users and/or replacing it with one from a workspace. Currently, when I set a users' default meeting template in a workspace (see attached image regarding "Use this meeting template as my default"), it does not update their users' default meeting type, resulting in confusion and too many options for the end-user. The goal is to have a dummy-proof, super simple, end-user experience so they see and quickly choose from only one or two custom-made meeting types - without the ability to see or use the default "My meeting" type. Right now as the Sales Operations manager I have no way to ensure our remote Salespeople are using the correct meeting type! I can't stop them from using the default "My meeting" and I cannot remove or disable it. Only the individual user can!

It would be incredibly useful for some admins to be able to control more aspects of their reps' Chili Piper settings, such as globally changing the default meeting type for all users at once. One customer (Backblaze) is looking into Calendly and other solutions because they are frustrated that they cannot change settings for their reps in mass quantities.
