View-Only Option for Leaders

There is no view-only permission level in Chili Piper. Giving a sales leader access to metrics requires granting them settings permissions they shouldn't have, creating an unnecessary security risk.
Chili Piper should support a view-only access level that allows leaders to see reporting and metrics without the ability to change any settings or configuration.
Read-only access for reporting consumers is a standard enterprise permission requirement. Without it, organizations are forced to either over-permission leaders or deny them visibility into data they need to manage their teams.

Create permission role for managers so they can view the settings and queue distribution, but can't edit it. They would see who is next in the rota and how the meetings are distributed.

I would love an easy way to have sub level admins with permission sets. Ideally, I can create and manage what each role is allowed to do and see

I'd like to be able to assign a user "Manager" permissions in Chili Piper to be able to add/remove users to and from queues, adjust weights, and view/edit calibration. I would like to be able to assign these permissions per a queue, but not make this user a workspace admin.

It's frustrating that we have to give a user full administrative rights to view reports. If someone only needs reporting, they don't need the ability to every aspect of the product.
