There is no native AI email agent capability in Chili Piper. Teams that want automated, intelligent email outreach as part of their lead engagement workflow have to use a separate tool.
Chili Piper should offer an AI email agent that can identify contacts who match a defined trigger, such as a form submission with no booking, and autonomously reach out via email with relevant, personalized content to drive them toward booking a meeting, without requiring a pre-built cadence or rep involvement.
