Allow reps to create their own group booking links without admin setup
Group booking links can only be created by admins at the workspace level. Reps who want to set up a booking link that includes themselves and one or more colleagues, including people outside their workspace, have no self-service way to do it.
Allow individual reps to create their own group booking links that aggregate availability across multiple participants, including people outside the workspace, without requiring admin involvement.
Cross-functional deal motions, such as an AE and an SE joining a discovery call, or a CSM and a product specialist running an onboarding session, are extremely common. Requiring admin setup for every multi-person booking link creates unnecessary overhead and slows down collaboration that reps should be able to self-serve.

Let users create and manage group meeting links

Creating group meeting links currently requires admin setup. Individual users have no way to create their own group meeting links for ad hoc or one-off scheduling needs, which creates a bottleneck on the admin team for every request.
Requested behavior: Allow users to independently create and manage group meeting links from their own settings, without requiring an admin to set them up.
Why it matters: Requiring admin involvement for every group meeting link doesn't scale and slows down reps who need flexible scheduling options quickly.

This would make a HUGE difference for our AEs and scheduling with their SCs.

when reps want to send a shared availability link with their SE, admins need to create it for them. This is difficult to scale.

Anytime I need to share a link with someone else included and it's not over email it's extremely difficult.

Introducing overhead / non value add by limiting this to admins/ workspace admins. One way to balance could be allow create group booking links for people in my workspace

Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.
1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own. Same scenario applies if an AE wants to create a Group Link for them and their presales engineer (SE). This would be shared with the entire sales team to see.

Top priority for us and a huge annoyance for the reps (and a time suck for the admins who should not have to spend time doing this). This is a basic feature in Calendly and it's a detriment to Chili Piper that you can't do it.

I want to create a booking link to display the available slots of two or more users at the same time. The available slots of more than two users should be presented via link, where the customer can freely choose the best fitting slot (no pre defined slots)
In our case, the agents who are part of a "group meeting" always vary, which is what makes it different to set up X "fixed" group meetings, as members always vary and the users also want to be able to customize the subject / email text for different book meetings at any time.
