Guest notes when rescheduling
Richard Zatko
When a prospect or customer reschedules a meeting, there's no way for them to include context about why. The assignee finds out the meeting moved with no explanation, and any follow-up has to happen through a separate email or message.
Allow meeting guests to optionally add a free-text note or reason when rescheduling via a Chili Piper link, with that note delivered to the assignee alongside the reschedule notification.
A quick note at reschedule time gives reps useful context, such as a conflict, a change in priority, or a request to involve additional stakeholders, before they walk into a rebooked meeting blind. It's a small UX addition that meaningfully improves how reps prepare.

It would be so helpful to know who was rescheduling a call and the reason for the reschedule. Currently, there is no way of knowing who did the rescheduling or why. Attendees are only notified that the change was made.
