Include a link to the Concierge routing log in the rep notification email

When a prospect is routed through Concierge, the rep notification email currently includes a link to the meeting and a link to the Salesforce record, but no link to the Concierge routing log for that session.
Chili Piper should add a direct link to the Concierge routing log entry in the rep notification email, so reps can quickly access the routing context for their meeting without navigating through the admin interface separately.
Reps who want to understand why they received a particular lead, what routing rules fired, or what data was evaluated have no fast path to that information from their notification. A direct log link removes that friction and keeps the meeting context accessible at the moment it's most relevant.
