Require payment before showing the booking calendar on a scheduling page
not a priority
Taylor Jennings
There's no way to gate access to a scheduling page behind a payment. Teams that need buyers to pay before booking, such as for paid consultations, onboarding sessions, or premium access, have to use a separate tool for payment and manually reconcile who has paid before sending a booking link.
Requested behavior: Allow admins to integrate a payment link or payment processor into the scheduling page so buyers complete payment before the calendar is shown and a meeting can be booked.
Why it matters: Paid scheduling flows are a real use case for services businesses, consultants, and teams offering premium meeting types. Requiring a separate payment step outside Chili Piper adds friction and breaks the booking experience.

Integration with Payment Systems
Taylor Jennings
The AI chat widget can route and book meetings but can't process payments. Teams that want to close transactional purchases, collect deposits, or require payment before a meeting is confirmed have no way to trigger a payment flow from within the chat experience.
Requested behavior: Integrate with payment processors like Stripe so buyers can complete a purchase or submit payment directly within the chat widget, without being redirected to a separate payment page.
Why it matters: For teams selling lower-friction, transactional products or requiring pre-payment for services, keeping the payment step inside the chat flow removes a drop-off point and simplifies the buyer journey.
