Meeting buffers are only revealed after a booker selects a time slot, not before. For bookers scheduling on behalf of others, such as SDRs booking for AEs, there is no way to see buffer constraints upfront. This means a booker can select what appears to be a valid slot, only to discover after selection that a buffer makes it unsuitable, forcing them to start over, which is especially disruptive when booking live on a call with a prospect.
The scheduler should display buffer times visually on the slot picker before a time is selected, so bookers can immediately see which slots are truly available given the applicable buffers.
Bookers who are not the meeting host have no way to know which Meeting Types have buffers enabled or how large those buffers are. Surfacing this information before selection eliminates unnecessary rework and prevents awkward backtracking during live prospect conversations.
