Availability increments configured in a meeting template, such as 15- or 20-minute intervals, are applied correctly on scheduling links but ignored in the ChiliCal extension, which always defaults to fixed 15-minute slots. This creates inconsistent booking experiences and forces non-standard start times, like 8:20, to be edited manually after the fact.
The ChiliCal scheduler should honor the availability increment setting defined in the meeting template, so reps booking through the extension see the same time slot options as prospects booking through a scheduling link.
Teams with back-to-back, non-standard cadences, such as 20-minute CS calls, can't use ChiliCal reliably without risking calendar conflicts or requiring manual cleanup. Consistency between scheduling surfaces is table stakes for adoption.
