Support scheduling workflows for in-person meetings and event-based booking
Evan Mangione
Chili Piper's scheduling capabilities are built around virtual meetings. Teams that need to book in-person meetings, such as field sales calls, on-site visits, or conference booth appointments, have no native way to manage the distinct requirements of in-person scheduling, including location details, directions, travel buffers, or physical capacity constraints.
Extend Chili Piper's scheduling capabilities to support in-person meeting types, including the ability to specify a physical meeting location, add location-based details to the calendar invite, and configure scheduling parameters appropriate for face-to-face meetings.
Enterprise and field sales teams rely heavily on in-person meetings. Without native support, they either shoehorn virtual meeting configurations to approximate the experience or manage in-person scheduling entirely outside Chili Piper, which fragments data and undermines platform adoption for a significant portion of their meeting activity.

Create a shared event booking link that surfaces availability across multiple reps for in-person meetings
Richard McGreevy
Teams attending trade shows, conferences, or other in-person events have no way to create a shared scheduling link that lets prospects browse and book specific time slots across multiple attending reps. The current workarounds are either sharing individual rep links separately or manually managing a spreadsheet of available slots, neither of which scales or provides a good prospect experience.
Admins should be able to create an event-specific booking link that aggregates availability across multiple designated reps, allowing prospects to select a time slot and be matched with an available rep for a face-to-face meeting at the event.
In-person events are a high-value sales motion where the ability to pre-book meetings with attendees directly impacts pipeline generation. Without a native way to manage event scheduling across multiple reps, teams either manage it manually or use a separate tool. A shared event booking link would bring this workflow into Chili Piper and give prospects a clean self-service experience for booking time at events.

Manage meeting room or resource availability for in-person events without requiring a license per room

The customer is looking for a solution to manage meeting room availability without the need for additional licenses, which is currently a cost burden.

Having events product/features included in Concierge Fire will give us a huge competitive differentiator. I've had quite a few companies looking for an event specific product (rooms etc.), especially ENT companies. Great opportunity for land and expand.
