Trigger a custom email at the moment a meeting is booked, not just before it
Email reminders can only be triggered based on a time offset before the meeting. There's no way to send a custom, templated email at the moment of booking, which blocks workflows like SDR-to-AE handoff introductions, booking confirmations with dynamic rep details, or immediate follow-up sequences that need to fire at booking time.
Allow admins to configure a custom email that fires when a meeting is booked, with support for dynamic fields such as assignee name, prospect details, and rescheduling links. The email should support cc and bcc options to include additional stakeholders like the SDR who booked.
Booking-triggered emails unlock a high-value workflow gap. When an SDR books on behalf of an AE, the prospect currently receives a generic calendar invite with no introduction to the AE and no context about what to expect. A booking-triggered email closes that gap without requiring a separate sequence tool.

Would like the ability to set reminders based on meeting not accepted within X time period since booking the meeting rather than days before the meeting. For example, if we send a meeting request to a recipient 15 days before the meeting we want the ability to remind them on day 14 that we haven't received their acceptance of the meeting. Right now we need to set a time before the meeting if not accepted which could lead to significant delay.
Also the ability to mark the person as accepted if they don't have a mail client that sends calendar responses.

As soon as they book, I would like to send prospects both the meeting invitation, and also a separate confirmation email. The use case for this in the number of attendees. My company teaches our customers in live virtual training sessions, and customers book training through Chili Piper. When a representative from one of our customers books we send an invitation, but the invite is sometimes forwarded to 300-400 other attendees. The meeting invitation currently has a link to cancel or reschedule the meeting. However, I don't want one of the hundreds of general attendees to be able to cancel/reschedule, because it would cancel the event for everyone. If I could send the meeting invitation, as well as a separate confirmation email, then this would resolve the issue for us. We could send just the information for joining the meeting in the invitation, and we could provide cancel/reschedule link in the confirmation email. This would allow the person who booked the meeting to cancel/reschedule, and the other attendees could not.Currently our only workaround is to send a reminder email 10-days before the event. However, some of our customers book 45 days in advance, which means they would have to wait up to 30 days just to have a way to reschedule or cancel their meeting.

Confirmation emails should be available on router-booked meetings. This should be either dedicated functionality or added as "template" for reminders, with the ability to configure it relative to the meeting book time.
