Adapt the chat flow dynamically based on known visitor data like country or industry before they answer any questions

Chat flows today start the same way for every visitor. When visitor attributes like country, company, or industry are already known from IP data, cookies, or CRM match, those signals aren't used to tailor the opening flow before the visitor provides any input.
Requested behavior: Allow the chat to branch dynamically based on pre-known visitor attributes, such as country or industry, so the opening message, questions, and routing path are personalized from the first interaction rather than asking for information the system may already have.
Why it matters: Generic chat openers reduce engagement, especially when the visitor knows the company should already have their context. Using available data to personalize the chat from the start signals relevance and improves the likelihood of continued engagement.

Dynamic chat journeys based on visitor profile data
Taylor Jennings
Chat journeys are the same for all visitors regardless of who they are. There is no way to serve a different conversation flow based on visitor attributes like company domain or account type.
Admins should be able to configure chat journeys that adapt based on visitor profile data, such as domain, company type, or CRM attributes, so different visitor segments receive a tailored experience.
A one-size-fits-all chat journey misses the opportunity to engage high-value visitors differently. Profile-based routing enables more relevant conversations and higher conversion rates for priority segments.
