Expose an API endpoint that allows customers to adjust a rep's meeting count within a distribution. The endpoint should accept a rep identifier, distribution reference, and count adjustment value so that external systems can trigger the update as part of an existing workflow.
When a refund or cancellation is processed in Salesforce, the meeting count adjustment should happen automatically via the API rather than requiring a manual step in Chili Piper. One customer estimates this would recover roughly three hours of admin time per week for their operations team. At scale, this unblocks any customer using distribution fairness as a mechanism who also needs to reconcile counts based on events that occur outside Chili Piper.
