AI-assisted routing flow builder
in progress (now)

Building routing flows requires admins to manually configure nodes, conditions, and logic from scratch. For complex orgs, this is time-consuming and requires deep product knowledge to get right.
Requested behavior: Use AI to assist in building or suggesting routing graph configurations, for example by accepting a plain-language description of routing requirements and generating a starting graph, or suggesting optimizations to an existing one.
Why it matters: Lowers the barrier to setting up sophisticated routing logic, reduces time-to-value for new admins, and makes it easier to iterate on complex graphs without starting from zero.

The addition of an AI agent that can intake a prose style description of routing pathways and outcomes and translate that into a router framework. Ideally across all routing products.

Building routing flows currently requires manual configuration through the UI. There is no way to describe a desired flow in plain language and have it generated automatically. Users should be able to describe a routing flow using a natural language prompt, and the product should generate the corresponding flow configuration without requiring manual setup. Prompt-to-flow generation would significantly reduce the time and technical skill required to build routing logic, making the product more accessible to non-technical admins.
