When a Lead meets routing criteria and is presented a booking experience but doesn't complete it, no one is notified. The lead silently drops with no follow-up trigger.
Requested behavior: Allow admins to configure an alert, via email or Slack, that fires when a qualified lead fills out a form but doesn't book a meeting. The alert should include the lead's details so a rep can follow up manually.
Why it matters: High-intent leads who don't book are often the most worth pursuing. Without an alert, they fall through the cracks with no visibility and no prompt for outreach.
