There is no way to delete meetings from Chili Piper once they have been created. Teams that book test meetings during setup or go-live have no way to remove them, which means test data remains in the system and skews distribution counts, round-robin queues, and funnel analytics. Similarly, teams with large volumes of test leads have no mechanism to exclude or purge that data from reporting.
Admins should be able to permanently delete individual meetings or bulk-delete meetings from the system, with the deletion removing them from activity logs, distribution counts, and reporting metrics.
Test meetings that cannot be removed corrupt reporting from day one. Distribution fairness depends on accurate counts, and funnel analytics are meaningless if inflated by test data. Without a deletion mechanism, teams either have to live with dirty data or manually compensate for it in every downstream report.
