Idea being, if a person in Chili piper who is handling 10 accounts is going on vacation/leave/sick for some period of time, allow for an override for a different person to cover for this individual

i.e. Paul is going to be out for 3 months and is assigned to 100 accounts supporting them as a rep. In order to make sure these customers dont lose service or ability to book time on someones calendar, allow for an in app configuration to say for anyone trying to book time with Paul, book time with Jim instead cause Paul is on leave. Allow for some message to be displayed why this is happening
