Allow the Host to be kept off CC on reminder emails

Currently the Host of each meeting will be CC'd on every reminder email and there is no way to turn this off. Adding a toggle to allow them to be kept off CC would be ideal for those teams who don't need to be CC'd, as the reminders are primarily designed to remind the guests and reduce no-shows.

Currently, reminder emails always CC the host (or whichever address the reminder is set to send from), regardless of the "Send Email to" field. This isn't configurable and isn't documented in the UI, which causes confusion — admins who set "Send Email to: Primary guest only" reasonably expect the host to be excluded from the CC line too, since nothing in the UI indicates otherwise.
