There is no way to attach a file, such as a PDF, to a Meeting Type in Chili Piper. Teams that want to send pre-meeting materials, like onboarding guides, prep documents, or product overviews, to guests at the time of booking have to do so manually through a separate tool or include a link in the meeting description.

Admins should be able to attach one or more files to a Meeting Type so that guests receive the attachment automatically as part of their booking confirmation or calendar invite.

For onboarding and CS teams in particular, sending relevant documents before a meeting is a standard part of their workflow. Having to manage this outside Chili Piper adds manual steps and risks the materials not reaching the guest in time.
