Audit fields in user reporting

The user table has no metadata fields showing when a user was added, when their record was last changed, or who made those changes. For teams with large or growing user lists managed by multiple admins, there is no way to audit license eligibility, identify stale users, or track adoption by onboarding wave without this data.
User reporting should include created date, modified date, created by, and modified by fields, visible in the user table and exportable alongside other user data.
Without these fields, routine license audits require manual cross-referencing with external systems, and there is no reliable way to identify users who should no longer be licensed or to measure adoption by team or rollout wave.
