In-person meeting locations have to be set manually by the host after a meeting is booked. Guests cannot see the meeting location at the time of booking, creating confusion and requiring a follow-up edit.

When a guest books an in-person meeting, Chili Piper should automatically populate the meeting location based on the host's configured location, so it is visible to the guest at the time of booking without manual edits.

Requiring hosts to manually update location after every booking is inefficient and creates a poor guest experience. Automating this removes a repetitive step and ensures location information is available upfront.
