Automatic no-show detection and handling

Customers want Chili Piper to detect when a meeting is a no-show without requiring manual marking by the rep. Today, no-show tracking depends on someone remembering to flag it, which creates gaps in reporting and downstream automation.
Detect no-shows automatically based on meeting provider signals (Zoom attendance data is the primary ask, with Gong-based detection also requested), and propagate that status to connected systems including Salesforce so field updates, reporting, and follow-up workflows fire correctly.
Clean no-show data is foundational for pipeline reporting, rep accountability, and any downstream automation that depends on meeting outcomes. Manual marking is unreliable at scale and creates blind spots in conversion analytics.

Automated No-Show Marking System

Teams that rely on no-show data can't depend on reps to manually mark meetings as no-shows consistently. Missing no-show data breaks downstream workflows and reporting.
Chili Piper should automatically detect when a guest did not attend a meeting and mark it as a no-show, without requiring any manual action from the rep.
Manual no-show marking is inconsistent at scale and creates gaps in data that affect reporting accuracy and follow-up automation. Automating detection removes a critical dependency on rep behavior.
