Automatically refresh AI meeting briefs closer to the meeting start time

AI meeting briefs are generated when a meeting is booked, but the information available at that point may be outdated by the time the meeting actually occurs. Account activity, CRM updates, or new contact data captured after booking won't be reflected.
Requested behavior: Automatically regenerate or refresh the AI meeting brief within a configurable window before the meeting starts, for example 24 hours or 1 hour before, so the brief reflects the most current data available.
Why it matters: A brief generated days before a meeting may miss recent activity that changes how a rep should approach the conversation. Fresher briefs directly improve meeting preparation quality.

Though not quite 'automatic', in the setup for Meeting Prep, you can adjust it so that the brief is generated closer to the meeting start time, rather than when the meeting is booked.
We recommend setting it to 24 hours before a meeting is scheduled - that way your team receives the most up-to-date brief 24 hours before their meetings.
