SDRs working in Nooks had no way to book a meeting from inside the dialer. Once a prospect agreed to a meeting on the call, the rep had to leave Nooks and go into the CRM or Chili Piper to schedule, which broke the call block and cost momentum on every connect.

Reps should be able to schedule a meeting with the prospect they're calling without leaving Nooks.
