Reps in Nooks can book with ChiliCal from the dialer, which books on the rep's own calendar. Teams whose SDRs book on behalf of an AE need the routed path instead: a Handoff link inside Nooks that runs their existing Chili Piper routing and books with the correct assignee, without the SDR leaving Nooks to go into the CRM.

Requested behavior: support Handoff links, and booking through existing Chili Piper routing, from inside the Nooks dialer.

Why it matters: the SDR-books-for-an-AE motion is the whole reason these teams have Chili Piper. Booking from the dialer solves the tool-switching problem for reps booking their own meetings, and leaves the routed handoff exactly where it was.
