Admins have no way to create or distribute a standardized booking link signature template from within Chili Piper. Each rep has to build their own signature manually in their email client, which means formatting varies, branding is inconsistent, and adoption depends entirely on whether individual reps follow through. The only thing Chili Piper provides today is the booking link itself.

Allow admins to create a branded email signature template that includes a rep's personal booking link, pre-formatted with company branding, buttons, or imagery. Admins should be able to push this template to reps rather than requiring each rep to build it themselves.
