Swap the conferencing provider on an already-booked meeting (for example Zoom to Teams, or Google Meet to Zoom) without having to reschedule or reassign it. Today changing the video link requires rebuilding the meeting, which drops the existing time slot and rep assignment.

Let admins edit the conferencing provider/link directly on the existing meeting record, keeping the same time, host, and assignment intact, so teams can accommodate a guest's tool preference without disrupting the booking.
